Day 1 - Departure Our journey begins as we depart the USA.
Day 5 - Bethany, Jericho, River Jordan, Dead Sea Today, we stop in Bethany to see the church built on the tradition- al house of Mary and Martha and their brother Lazarus. Continue down to the Jordan Valley and stop at the baptismal site on the Jordan River. Then, to Jericho to view the Mount of Temptation and the ruins of ancient Jericho. In the afternoon, we will spend relaxing time at the Dead Sea to feel the salty, warm water. Day 6 - Old Jaffa, Caesarea, Haifa, Mount Carmel, Nazareth We depart for Tel Aviv and stop in Old Jaffa to visit the Church of St. Peter. Continue by the Mediterranean Sea to the ancient city of Caesarea and stop at the Roman aqueduct. Arrive in Haifa and drive to Mount Carmel for a beautiful view of the city. We see the Carmelite Monastery, view the Bahai Gardens and the chapel of the prophet Elija. Continue to Nazareth and visit the Church of the Annunciation. Day 7 - Cana, Sea of Galilee, Capernaum, boat ride Drive to nearby Cana and visit the church where Jesus performed His first public miracle at the wedding. Continue to Tiberias and visit the sites around the Sea of Galilee, Capernaum, Tabgha, Mount of Beatitudes, and enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Day 8 - Tel Aviv, Dubai Transfer to Tel Aviv airport to take our flight to Dubai. We will meet our representative and transfer to a restaurant for our first meal in Dubai.
Day 2 - Arrive Tel Aviv, Bethlehem Arrive in Tel Aviv and meet with our representative, and transfer to our hotel. Day 3 - Mount of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, Ein Karem, Beth- lehem We begin our day on the top of the Mount of Olives for a wonder- ful view of the Old City of Jerusalem. We will visit the Church of Pater Noster and walk down to Ecce Homo Church and the Rus- sian Church. Reach the Garden of Gethsemane, where we will see the ancient olive trees and the Basilica of All Nations. Then, we will drive to Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist, where we will visit the Church of Visitation and Then, to the Shepherds’ Field and the Church of the Nativity. Day 4 - Jerusalem, Old City, Wailing Wall, Mount Zion Today, we begin at the church of St. Anne and the Pools of Bethesda. We will walk the Stations of the Cross until we reach the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where we see the empty tomb of Jesus and Mount Calvary. We will continue through the Old City to the Wailing Wall and Mount Zion and Mount Zion to visit the Upper Room and the Church of St. Peter’s in Gallicantu. Re- turn to Bethlehem and after dinner, meet at Manger Square for a special event.
